Survey of the admitting doctors

While it has become a standard to survey  patients and employees  about their desires and needs, now more and more clinics  discover the gap between the clinic on the one side and the admitting doctors on the other side. Here still exists a lot of need for information and discussion on both sides.

Up to now the research group Metrik has analysed 4500 questionnaires from admitting doctors for 79 clinics..

Additional questions can be added to Metrik’s standard questionnaire if desired.

Analysis

Similar to the survey of patients and employees comparison (benchmarks) with other hospitals is possible, with hospitals in the whole country, with hospitals belonging to the same organization and with hospitals specialized in the same branch. The indistinct impression of the effects admitting doctors have obtained so far becomes clearer and more distinct by an analysis of satisfaction. A long-term successful position of the hospital is, compared with its competitors, facilitated.
